Shipping policy

SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

Nova Labs provides professional creative production services and digital campaign assets. Our standard services do not include the shipment of physical goods. Shipping rates, postal delivery estimates, tracking numbers and carrier services therefore do not apply.

SERVICE ACTIVATION

Following purchase or signature, Nova Labs contacts the client through the email address provided during checkout or within the signed agreement.

Creative development, scheduling and production begin after:

• The applicable agreement has been signed
• The required payment has cleared
• The creative brief and necessary information have been received
• Required access, approvals and production prerequisites have been completed

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Indicative production periods appear on the relevant partnership or production page. Exact production dates, milestones, deliverables, review periods and final delivery dates are confirmed in the signed proposal or production agreement.

Completed campaign assets are delivered electronically through a secure file-transfer link, private digital platform or another delivery method agreed in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information, timely feedback, required brand materials, approvals and access to agreed locations.

Delays in receiving information, feedback, approvals, access or other required materials may move the production or delivery schedule accordingly.

ON-LOCATION PRODUCTION

Travel, accommodation, permits, talent, specialist equipment, locations, transport, licensing and other third-party production expenses are not considered shipping costs. Where required, these expenses are quoted and approved separately in writing before commitment.

PHYSICAL DELIVERY

Physical media, printed materials, hard drives or other physical items are supplied only when expressly included in the signed agreement. Any associated production, courier, customs, insurance or delivery expenses are quoted separately.
